Baltimore City neighborhood testing - schedule updates weekly
- Some sites are walk-up sites, some require appointments. Please see each location
- Supplies each day are limited.
- Please remember to wear a mask and practice social distancing (standing at least 6 feet apart) while in line.
- Baltimore City Health Department sites can test individuals at any age, including infants.
- At some locations (indicated with *), individuals who have health insurance will be asked to provide their insurance information. There should be no copays charged. Individuals without insurance will continue to receive free testing.

You do not need to be associated with the following hospitals or clinics in order to get testing at these locations. For most locations listed below an appointment is needed.

Several testing sites are available in Baltimore City and the surrounding metro area.
Appointments are required.
Pharmacies
CVS offers free testing at several locations in Baltimore City. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, visit the CVS COVID-19 testing locator.
Walgreens offers free testing at several locations in Baltimore City. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, visit the Walgreens testing locator.
Homebound Testing
Homebound testing is offered by Civic Works. Baltimore residents who are homebound can request a COVID-19 rapid test kit if they currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and face a barrier to transportation.
Residents are considered homebound if they have access and functional needs, an illness, or mobility issues that prevent them from leaving their homes.

Leave a message and include your name, address, phone number, and if you need assistance in administering the test. Tests will be distributed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
